Can is the founding partner of Biçer Güner. Can was admitted to Istanbul Bar Association, after obtaining an LL.B degree from Marmara University, Faculty of Law in 2009 and completing the legal mandatory internship. During the last two years of his law education, Can worked at Postacıoğlu Law Firm. Following his graduation from Marmara University Can started working at Pekin&Bayar Law Firm as a legal intern. After successfully completing the internship, Can worked at Pekin&Bayar until January 2012 as an associate. Afterwards, Can was transferred to ELİG Gürkaynak Attorneys-At-Law and worked there for six years. Can was one of the team leaders of the dispute resolution and litigation department and ran the employment law department, in ELİG Gürkaynak Attorneys-At-Law. After working as Chief Legal Counsel at Teknokon Group companies, Can joined Guner Law Office in 2018. After leaving Guner Law Office in August 2023, he established Biçer Güner Attorneys-at-Law in September 2023 with his partner Burçak Kurt Biçer. Can is a member of Istanbul Bar Association with the bar No. 39860.
